Where is the Uber or Lyft Airport pickup location?

All Transportation Network Companies (ride sharing providers such as Uber, Lyft) may pick-up passengers on the lower level between Terminals 1 and 2 and Terminals 3 and 4 and are marked with a sign showing a cell phone. For further details of this service and Taxicabs  CLICK HERE

Is there free internet access?

Unlimited free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all terminals (pre- and post-security) as well as the Rental Car Center. You should connect to Airport-Wifi-Terminal_1 or _2 _3 or _4 network, depending where you are. For passengers ath the Rental Car Center should use Airport-Wifi-Rental_Car_Center network.

How to transfer between the terminals?

Courtesy terminal shuttle buses depart daily from 6 am to 9 pm, from the lower level outside of each terminal and Rental Car Center. In addition, passengers can ride the garage tram from the lower level of the Palm and Hibiscus parking garages. The tram serves all terminals and operates 24/7. Hours: every eight minutes from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every 15 minutes from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

What to do in case of a long layover?

There are many shopping options, including duty free shops and dining alternatives. The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport also offers a number of other amenities including nursing pods, device charging stations and resting areas throughout the terminal buildings. Also, there are some VIP lounges with drinks, food, work spaces, etc. In addition, there are business and banking facilities and a children's play area, among other amenities.

What to do in case of loss of valuables or luggage?

Lost and Found
If you have lost an item within the airport grounds, there is an on-site desk in Terminal 1, on the second level of Rental area. Hours: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm; 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm – Monday – Friday. Closed: Saturday, Sunday, official holidays.

If you already have left the airport, it is possible to contact the Office by calling at 954-359-2247. Also you can write an email to: [email protected]. In addition, you can fill a form at the official website.

Is there a luggage storage service?

The airport offers the passengers the possibility to move comfortably through the airport or through the city without their luggage, in case they have a long wait for their flight.

Is there any free parking area in FLL International airport?

The designated waiting area for cell phones is located just a short distance from the arrivals area of the terminals, offering free parking for individuals waiting to pick up passengers.

Is possible to get a SIM card?

InMotion offers SIM cards ideal for travelers visiting the United States or for those traveling from the United States abroad. The stores are located in Terminal 3, Concourse F, Post-Security fro 6am to 7pm daily and in Terminal 4, Concourse G East, Post-Security from 5:30am to 9:30pm

Is the airport open 24/7?

Although airport terminals remain open the 24 hours, the operating hours of TSA checkpoints at FLL vary depending on the day of the week. It's recommended to contact the official FLL Airport website for information specific to your departure day. Generally, security opens between 3:30 and 4 AM for all terminals. Closing hours differ by terminal: Terminal 1 closes at 10:50 PM, Terminal 2 at 9:20 PM, Terminal 3 Concourse E at 8:30 PM, Concourse F at Midnight, and Terminal 4 at Midnight as well. At the same time, FOOD and SHOPPING options have their own hours.

How to move between FLL Airport and downtown Miami by public transportation?

A free shuttle bus service links the airport terminals with the FLL airport tri-rail station, where passengers can get the train to Miami Dade.

Is there any public transportation service to travel between FLL Airport and Miami Airport?

Both, Red Coach shuttle bus and FixBus link the two airports. In addition, the Tri-rail service runs to Miami airport station in 60 minutes. There you connect with Metrorail orange line to the MIA terminals. LEARN MORE
