Services and amenities at Fort Lauderdale airport

WI-FI 

Unlimited free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all terminals (pre- and post-security) as well as the Rental Car Center. You should connect to Airport-Wifi-Terminal_1 or _2 _3 or _4 network, depending where you are. For passengers at the Rental Car Center should use Airport-Wifi-Rental_Car_Center network.

It is strongly advised by the airport that users adhere to conventional technology safety practices. The airport does not engage in scanning, filtering, monitoring, or blocking any data transmitted through this internet connection. Standard technology safety measures encompass the utilization of antivirus software with regularly updated signature files, VPN, personal firewall programs, and the application of all pertinent, up-to-date security patches or fixes for both the operating system and browser software.

Power Stations

Power Stations, available in every terminal, are provided at no cost, offering travelers a convenient space to recharge various electronic devices, including smartphones and laptops.

Banking Services

There are currency exchange desks in Terminal 1 Arrivals, Terminal 3 Airside, and Terminal 4 Arrivals 

ATMs are located pre and post-security in all four terminals, concourses B, D, F and G, including the Rental Car Center on the third level. Besides there are 24/7 multi-currency ATMs in Terminal 1, 2 and 3.

Business Center

A Business Service Center is located in Terminal 4, pre-security, in baggage claim. For details, call 954-702-3249. 

Art exhibitions

At FLL Airport there is a wide variety of exhibitions with lots of paintings, prints, quilts, lighted collages, terrazzo floors, sound art, photography, through the airport facilities. In addition a stainless steel sculpture stands at the entry of the greenbelt surrounding the Airport.

Family restrooms are available throughout the terminals.

Nursing Rooms 
The airport offers six lactation suites, two of which are ADA accessible, providing nursing mothers with a tranquil and private area for pumping or breastfeeding.

Terminal 2 Concourse D - Post-Security - Hours: 24 hours a day
Terminal 3 Concourses E-F - Post-Security - Hours: 24 hours a day
Terminal 4 Concourse G - Post-Security - Hours: 24 hours a day

The ADA suites are located in Terminal 1, post-security in Concourse A at the end of the moving walkway and in Terminal 3 near Concourse E’s security checkpoint.

Luggage Wrapping

Conveniently located in Terminal 1 and 3 in the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport in the check-in counters, public area.

Baggage Carts

Baggage carts are offered for rent at a fee of $6, and cart stands can be found on both the upper and lower levels of terminals and garages. Major credit cards are accepted for payment. For additional details, please contact 954-359-0007.

Meet and Greet

Meet and Greet service is offered from several companies and services varies from one airport to another and from one service provider to another, so you need to check what each package includes and choose what is best for you. This service helps travelers with the check-in and security procedures, assistance with the luggage, waiting area, VIP airport lounge and all the way to the aircraft entrance and everything in between. Upon arrival, services usually include a welcome, assistance with the luggage, fast track through immigration, assistance for non-English speakers, transportation and wheelchair assistance.

Some of the providers are: Airssist, Royal Airport Concierge and Universal Sky Services.
